HILLSBORO, Ore. (KOIN 6) — A predatory sex offender living in Washington County, unaccounted for since Sunday, Dec. 7, was arrested Tuesday night in Beaverton
Cutler was detained by a Beaverton Police Department officer after he was reported walking on the roadway near NW Bethany Blvd. and Hwy 26, then stopped in the 14000 block of NW Cornell Rd.
The officer determined a warrant for Cutler’s arrest was issued Tuesday, and arrested him.
Cutler, a designated sex offender since 1997, did not return to a community corrections center at 260 SW Adams Ave. in Hillsboro Dec. 7.
His crimes include sex abuse, attempt to commit sodomy, robbery, and intimidation against an 18-year-old male and a 16-year-old female.
The 44 year old was jailed in October 2007 and will be on supervision for burglary and robbery convictions until 2017.
His criminal history dates back to 1987.
