PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) — If you call yourself a die-hard Oregon Ducks fan and you want to see them in the Rose Bowl, you will have to determine if the cost of the trip is worth it.

The Number 2 Ducks take on Number 3 Florida State on New Year’s Day, with the winner going to the first-ever College Football title game on Jan. 12. But tickets for the Rose Bowl are being driven by supply-and-demand.

The professionals at Azumano Travel told KOIN 6 News a family of four should be prepared to spend more than $1400 per person.

“They’re competing with holiday travelers, there are very few flights, they are expensive, and our group block is almost completely sold out,” said Azumano Travel’s Nancy Parrott.

If you’re traveling along, it may cost as much as $1900 for you — and that doesn’t include the cost of the ticket.

With the game just three weeks away, you need to make a decision soon.
