Andrew William Metzner, 20, was arrested by Portland Police Tuesday afternoon in connection with Marc Sundin’s death. Police said Metzner is being charged with murder.

Wesley Curtis has also been charged with murder in connection with Sundin’s death.

He remains held without bail on charges of murder and unlawful use of a weapon, plus first- and third-degree assault.

Sundin, 43, was stabbed to death as he walked back to his residence in the KOIN Tower in the early hours of Oct. 16.

A third man, Adam Elder, was released Friday after police determined he was not involved in the attack.

He had been charged after implicating himself. It remains unclear why Elder implicated himself.
