The Clark County Sheriff’s Office said Stuart Wade and his granddaughters, who are 7 and 9, were intentionally rear-ended by an enraged driver who then sped off on Blair Road on Sept. 8.

Wade and the girls were slammed into a fence and then rammed into a tree.

“I turned on my blinker and wham! Shoved me in a chain linked fence and hit a tree,” said Wade.

Deputies said the road rage incident started after the suspect pulled out of the Fern Prairie Store parking lot and began tailgating and honking at Wade.

Surveillance footage from the Fern Prairie Market captured the suspect and his car. Police released stills for the tape to the public on Tuesday.

Anyone with information is asked to call Deputy Fred Harrison at 360.397.6008 at extension 5323.
