TILLAMOOK COUNTY, Ore.. (KOIN 6) — The search for two missing campers continued in Tillamook County on Wednesday.

The two men, ages 35 and 53, took off from the Cedar Creek Campgrounds off of Highway 6 to go hunting around midnight on Monday and never returned

According to the Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office, the men, whose names have not been released, were driving a 1998 green Ford Explorer with Oregon license plate WBR922.

Authorities said one of the missing men is from Portland.

In addition to the Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office, Tillamook County Search and Rescue, Oregon Department of Forestry and US Army Air Assets are involved in the search.
