ST. HELENS, Ore. (KOIN 6) — The Columbia Community Mental Health Pathways Treatment Center was evacuated Wednesday afternoon after a bomb scare.
Around 1:30 p.m., St. Helens Police Chief Terry Moss said, a resident found what appeared to be a pipe bomb and brought it inside the facility, 185 N. 4th Street.
