BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KOIN 6) — A PSU student wanted because body armor was found in his locker was arrested by the FBI in Battle Ground.

Christopher Rantila, also known as Christopher Kent, was arrested Friday morning on federal charges of being a felon in possession of body armor.

The 39-year-old will have an initial court appearance Friday afternoon in Tacoma, FBI spokesperson Ayn Sandalo Dietrich said.

PSU spokesperson Scott Gallagher confirmed that staff found body armor in Rantila’s PSU locker, which was being cleaned out because he had let his payments lapse.

Gallagher, however, did not confirm that any guns were also found in the locker.
