Nike claims Kyle Yamaguchi and Tung Ho told the company they were going to use the shoes for marketing and tricked Nike into manufacturing more of the prototypes.

Yamaguchi and Ho allegedly made $15,000 selling some of them on eBay and sending others to a shoes collector in Florida.

In addition to the criminal charges, Nike is also suing the two former employees.
