CAVE JUNCTION, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Oregon State Police (OSP) are seeking the public’s help in locating a 44-year-old Josephine County man wanted in connection with a November 2013 homicide in Cave Junction.

Daniel Joseph Martinson has a felony warrant issued for the murder of Aaron Lee Clouser, 39, from Cave Junction.

Clouser was found lying on the road in the 200 block of W. Millie Street in Cave Junction on Nov. 5. OSP said the cause of his death is not being released until approved by the Josephine County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities described Martinson as a white man who stands 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. OSP said he may have shaved his head and might not have facial hair. He also is missing a front tooth and has a tattoo on his back of a pit bull dog with “Outlaw” written underneath.

Police said Martinson is known to frequent the Cave Junction, Selma and Kerby areas in Josephine County. He is considered armed and dangerous.
