PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Need something to do for Friday night? Why not listen to live music from the comfort of the Portland Streetcar?
From 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Streetcar Mobile Musicfest will take riders on a jam-tastic journey between Portland State University and NW 23rd Avenue.
It’s the fourth year for the nomadic festival, and the first such event to be held in the spring. Friday’s Mobile Musicfest will feature eight local jazz, folk and classic-inspired bands.
- Dennis Elmer
- Battle Hymns and Gardens
- Portland Opera
- Max Ribner and Friends
- Blake Lyman
- A People’s Choir
- Boy and Bean
And riders don’t need to pay a dime — just the price of the streetcar fare.
