Car crashes into Beaverton credit union building

BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN 6) — A car crashed into a credit union building in Beaverton on Monday.

Beaverton Police Officer Mike Rowe said an elderly woman accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake and drove over a sidewalk and into the OnPoint Community Credit Union on Cedar Hills Boulevard.

Although the impact caused damage to the building, no one was hurt, according to Rowe.
