CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. (KOIN) — A Clackamas County deputy who posted photos of people from his stops on Facebook will not face disciplinary action.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s department said Deputy Robby Nashif did not violate any policies in posting the photos of people he stopped on Facebook.

Someone complained about the photos early in March after coming across the photos. One of which pictured a motorcyclist stopped for speeding with the caption, “another one bites the dust.”
