Icy conditions cause Hwy. 30 crashes near Scappoose

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Icy conditions have caused multiple crashes on Highway 30 north of the Columbia County city of Scappoose.

At least one person was hurt, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The crashes occurred at milepost 23, about two miles east of Warren. The highway remained open. No further details were confirmed.
