Cranberry Orange Scones

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • Small handful of sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Room temperature butter

  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 3 TSP Baking powder
  • 1 TBLS Orange zest
  • 1 Cup Fresh cranberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine in medium bowl flour, sugar, baking powder
  3. Add Soften Butter and mix until crumbly
  4. In another bowl combine buttermilk, eggs and beat well.
  5. Add buttermilk mixture to flour mixture and add orange zest and cranberries until combined
  6. Drop Desired size on baking sheet, sprinkle with granulated sugar
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until firm to the touch
