OREGON CITY, Ore. (KOIN) — Ten days before the start of the football season, Oregon City’s head coach Kevin Strasser was arrested for allegedly stealing a student’s watch. Athletic Director Bruce Reece stepped up and the team is now 4-0.
“They’ve taken ownership as seniors,” Reece said.
Two of the team leaders are quarterback Jonathan Hall and wide receiver Matt Oades. They are best friends and can make each other look good.
KOIN 6 News Sports Director Dan Christopherson reports.
