PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Suzanne Mudica (pronounced “Moo-dik-a”).

She was reported missing after she wandered away from her residential care facility Sunday night.

“Mudica suffers from mental health issues, is not her own legal guardian, and cannot safely care for herself,” according to a Portland Police Bureau news release. “Mudica was believed to have left on foot from the secure care facility, located in the 5000 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street, by scaling a large fence surrounding the property.”

She is 48 years old, 5-feet-7 and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. According to police, Mudica has no teeth and is currently not wearing any dentures. She may be wearing a lot of makeup.

Anyone who knows of Mudica’s whereabouts is asked to call 911. Anyone with additional, non-emergency information about this case can contact Detective Mike Weinstein with Portland’s Missing Persons Unit at 503.823.0446 or Mike.Weinstein@portlandoregon.gov.
