(KOIN) – Three teen boys accused of shoving a woman and stealing her iPhone Sunday night on a Northeast Portland street have been arrested.
The robbery occurred just before 10 p.m. at Northeast 21st Avenue and Alberta Street. Responding officers and a K-9 unit searched the neighborhood and caught all three suspects, identified as Samaryia Lambert and Aureaunte Bennett, both 15, and Anthony Madison, 16.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, Lambert was linked to an Aug. 19 incident in which a bicyclist was robbed and assaulted at Northeast 17th Avenue and Klickitat Street.
All three are lodged the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Hall. All three suspects are charged with one count of second-degree robbery. However, Lambert faces a second count of second-degree robbery and third-degree assault.
The suspects’ names were released because they are all charged with second-degree robbery, a Measure 11 crime.
