Californian’s body found by Steel Bridge

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The body of a man found floating in the Willamette River just north of Portland’s Steel Bridge on Saturday was identified as a 22-year-old Californian

Authorities ruled the death of Daniel Johnson Fuller of West Covina to be a suicide. He drowned, the medical examiner said, and there was no evidence of foul play.
