Ingredients
Ceviche
  • 1/2 # shrimp chopped shrimp
  • 1/2 # chopped cod
  • 2 ea limes (juice only)
  • 1 ea lemon (juice only)
  • 3/4 c minced red onion
  • 1/4 c minced jalapenos
  • 3 c small diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp tabasco
  • 2 ea limes (juice and zest)
  • 1 ea lemon (juice only)
Directions
Ceviche
    1. Chop seafood and add the juice of 2 limes and one lemon to a large bowl

 

    1. Cover and allow to ceviche in the refridgerator for 6 hours minimum stirring occasionally

 

    1. When ready drain all of the liquid from the seafood

 

    1. Chop remaining ingredients and add to the bowl

 

    1. Add zest and juice from 2 limes, juice from 1 lemon tabasco and chili powder

 

    1. Mix well and chow with tortilla chips or crostini
