Motorcyclist hit, Milwaukie driver held

CLACKAMAS, Ore. (KOIN) — A Milwaukie woman was arrested for DUII after allegedly hitting a motorcylist near a Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Sunday morning.

Karrie Farr was driving a Ford Thunderbird around 9:40 a.m. and allegedly hit a motorcyclist on a Ducati at the intersection of Fuller and SE Causey roads.

The motorcyclist, Timothy Zimmerman, was thrown about 20 feet. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of leg injuries.

Farr was interviewed at the scene and then arrested by deputies. Her blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit, authorities said.
