The accident happened in the early hours of Saturday near SW Riverview and Birdsdale. Two groups of people left a party together and got into the minor accident.

Tempers flared, and one driver left the scene.

The other driver stayed behind and was arrested for DUII. His passenger was taken to a hospital because he was dangerously intoxicated with a BAC of .47.
