PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Two days after a homeless camp was removed from the walkway in front of the Portland City Hall, campers are back.

The Oregonian reports the sidewalk was packed with sleeping bags before dawn Thursday.

Police warned the campers they would be awakened. New regulations require that the walkway be cleared between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
