PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three men were stabbed in a fight that happened in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood just after midnight Sunday morning.
That’s according to the Portland Police Bureau. East Precinct officers responded to the 3500 block of SE 141st Avenue on this “fight with weapons” report.
The stabbing victims ranged in age from 28-years-old to 55-years-old. All three are expected to live, according to PPB’s report.
“Witnesses provided police with suspect information that led officers to the 17800 block of SE Stark Street,” PPB reported in a Sunday afternoon release, “where officers made contact with two suspects and placed them into custody.”
Rolando Oliva-Rodriguez, 31, has been identified as one of those suspects. He is now in the Multnomah County Jail, booked on charges of Assault in the Second Degree.
The other suspect was released, following a “preliminary investigation,” PPB reported.
