McMINNVILLE, Ore. (KOIN) — A 25-year-old probation violator now faces drug and weapons charges after being arrested by Yamhill County deputies in McMinnville.
Tyler Thomas Stuck was originally jailed on a probation violation. But charges of heroin possession and delivery, possession of meth and being a felon with a firearm were added.
An ongoing investigation led deputies to search for the narcotics on June 10 at SE Kent Street and Delashmutt Lane. They found nearly two ounces of heroin, evidence of heroin delivery, a small amount of meth and an undisclosed number of handguns.
Stuck is being held in the Yamhill County Jail, with bail set at $45,000.
