PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN ) — Terry Scott seemed nervous as he appeared in Multnomah County Court Friday on charges of rape, sodomy, sex abuse and the sex display of a child.

Scott and three other men were indicted earlier this week after an investigation into the making and distribution of a child porn video.

Nicholas Clisby was booked into the Clark County Jail Thursday night and is awaiting extradition to Oregon to face similar charges.

Deshawn Rogers and Cedrell Washington were arrested soon after the investigation began and were indicted.

Investigators believe all four helped make the video and spread it online, victimizing two teenage girls under the age of 16. The investigation started after a teacher saw the video and tipped off police.

After a KOIN 6 News report Wednesday, a viewer tip helped police track down and arrest Scott and Clisby.

Gresham police Detective Tommy Walker is the lead investigator of the case involving the four men accused of making and posting the pornographic video of underage girls online.

From the girl’s Facebook page, detectives found out Deshawn Rogers made the video at a home in Southeast Portland and then posted it to his Facebook page.
