CLACKAMAS, Ore. (KOIN) — Jacob Arntson died on New Year’s Eve when his dad’s truck crashed through a guardrail and into the Columbia River.

His dad is the baseball coach at Clackamas High School.

The team dedicated its season to Jake — and on Saturday they play for a state title.

Dan Christopherson reports.
