BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN) — The mother of a Beaverton boy who was hit by a car Monday said her son is improving.
The 5-year old is in the hospital.
She said he should be released in a couple of days.
This happened at an apartment complex near Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Southwest Hall Monday night.
Police think the boy ran behind a car as the driver was backing out of a parking spot. The 5-year-old was hit and seriously hurt.
The driver is not facing any charges.
