VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — A motorcyclist suffered only minor injuries after he lost control on the ramp from Interstate 5 to State Route 14, hit the cement barrier then flew over the barrier and landed on I-5.
Jarrid Moore was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to a Portland hospital for treatment of a knee laceration and a slight head injury, Washington State Patrol officials said.
He landed on the sloping, grassy area after he hit the barrier, investigators said.
No drugs or alcohol were involved, but Moore, 25, did not have a motorcycle endorsement on his license.
