PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man accused of dealing drugs out of his car near Portland International Airport is under arrest.

Sgt. Pete Simpson, a Portland police spokesperson, said 30-year-old Vasiliy Yevseyev was discovered by officers Wednesday sitting in a Toyota Camry outside a Shari’s Restaurant located at 11335 NE Airport Way.

According to Simpson, the officers observed him preparing to take heroin. They took him into custody, and then searched his car, finding nearly 12 ounces of heroin, 60 grams of methamphetamine, 10 grams of powdered cocaine, various pills, drug paraphernalia and $11,000 in cash.

Yevseyev faces counts including heroin possession and delivery, meth possession and delivery and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

He is lodged in the Multnomah County Jail.
